Hello!
Its been a crazy couple of weeks and I sort of fell off the blogging scene for a bit, but now I’m back at it! I have a bunch of new recipes to add, as well.
One of my latest obsessions has been making steamed dumplings. I have bought the store brand in the past and they don’t even compare to homemade dumplings.
The one thing I’ve also noticed with store bought dumplings is that they fall apart easily.
I’ve made numerous versions of the homemade dumplings, and finally, I feel like I’ve reached an amazing dumpling mixture.
What I like to do is make a nice, big batch and freeze the fresh dumplings in portion-sized ziplock bags.
They are definitely worth a try. These are a perfect weekend afternoon snack!

- Fill a medium sized bowl with water.
- Preparing one at a time, spoon 1 tbsp of mixture into the center of each potsticker.
- Dip your finger into the bowl of water and wet the outer lining of each potsticker.
- Fold the potsticker over so the ends line up.
