Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

Hello hello!

It’s taken me a while to figure out the best way to hard boil eggs so they provide an easy peel. I don’t know about you, but it would always drive me bonkers to peel eggs one teeny little piece at a time. It would be so tedious and time consuming, I’d almost give up halfway through. To me, peeling eggs is almost as rough as peeling garlic. For me, peeling garlic is the worsttttt!

Not only is it a pain peeling eggs where the shell won’t remove easily, but it was always annoying trying to figure out just how long I needed to boil them. So, I managed to learn through trial and error just how long the hard boiled eggs needed to take once the water reached a boil.

There are two really great pickling recipes I’m posting on the blog where having the perfect hard boiled egg is super important — Beet Eggs and Mustard Eggs. Find the link to each of those below.

Enjoy, and stay safe!
